Our fees are based on professional and community standards. We ask that patients pay for professional services and laboratory tests at the time services are rendered.

For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks, VISA and MasterCard.

There is a $250.00 missed appointment fee if a patient does not cancel 24 hours prior to appointment.
