Caren Baltasi LDN, CCN -Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics at Purdue University. She completed her post graduate studies to earn her CCN status and supplemented her traditional education with integrative medicine training at Northwestern Memorial Hospital’s Integrative Center.

As an integrative nutritionist, she uses both conventional and traditional modalities. She looks at the science behind the health and healing and can recommend herbs, supplements and functional lab testing alongside body mind techniques that support wellness. This perspective allows her to guide clients in discovering and removing obstacles that may be hindering them from achieving full health and vitality.
